Carolynne Maguire

Before being commissioned in 1988 as a Notary Public, Carolynne Maguire was a member of the Real Estate Institute of BC and applied her education in Marketing Management (Real Estate) from B.C.I.T. and in Urban Land Economics (Appraisal) from U.B.C. for the benefit of her clients in the real estate industry. Since that time, she has been a college instructor in real estate conveyancing and a contributor to The Scrivener, published by the Society of Notaries Public of BC, but her professional passion has been delivering excellence in notarial service to thousands of satisfied clients – one at a time.



Jennifer ("Jenn") is our office manager and senior conveyancer, having been with Maguire & Company since 1994. Due to her experience and knowledge of the practice, she is often behind the scenes, supervising conveyance file matters and taking on special projects.




Ida has been with Maguire & Company since 2005 and is our trust account and abeyance manager. She supervises client funds, liaises with mortgage lenders, and prepares the distribution of transaction proceeds upon completion of real property transactions.




Heather came to Maguire & Company in 2011 with years of experience in real property conveyancing. The primary liaison for most of our real estate clients, she enjoys understanding and meeting their individual file needs and keeping them informed.
